CAREN KERSHNER
Caren Kershner, with Herbal Extraction Resource Specialists, comes to us from Colorado, where she has taught a variety of natural sciences to students of all ages. She has been recognized for her teaching abilities, both state-wide and nationally, and promotes tactile, interactive learning techniques that are exciting and engaging, AND produce exceptional results.
Caren earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Adams State College, and a Master’s Degree in Teaching Integrated Natural Sciences from Colorado College. It was a short leap from her background in Botany and Chemistry to the study of cannabis science, and she has spent many years studying herbal synergies, as well as perfecting extraction methods which optimize the cannabinoid content of finished products. She has worked in the medical marijuana industry in Colorado for the last two years and is also familiar with Colorado regulations for grow-ops, dispensaries and infused product manufacturing in her home state.
Whether you are looking to make edibles, tinctures or transdermals, Caren can help you design a method to increase the strength and yield of various cannabinoids in your infused products. She is available for classes, consultation or contract extractions. You can contact Caren at (719)221-3631 or carenkershner@gmail.com. You can also visit the HERS website at www.go2hers.com.
